This page explains what happens to the details you give us. Last updated October 16, 2026.
What we collect
- Callback form: your name, phone number, email (optional), borough, where you are in the process, your child's grade, anything you write in the notes, and whether you used the English or Spanish form.
- Printables form: your email address.
- Visit counts: Google Analytics records which pages are visited and whether a form was sent. It never receives what you type into a form.
Please don't send us your child's name, IEP or medical details through the website. We'll ask for what we need when we call.
How we use it
We use your details to call you back, to send the confirmation or printables you asked for, and to refer you to help. We may follow up about your child's services. We do not sell your information.
Who receives it
- IEP Hours, to review your request and call you.
- The provider, advocate or attorney we refer you to. We share your details with them to make the referral and arrange help.
- The companies that run this site for us: Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions, and Resend sends our emails. They handle the data only to provide those services.
Referral fees
IEP Hours may receive a fee from some providers we refer families to. This never costs your family anything: there is no cost to you, now or later.
How long we keep it
We delete form submissions after 12 months unless we are still helping your family. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us, email help@iephours.com. We'll reply and act on it promptly.
What we are not
IEP Hours is an independent information and referral service. We are not the NYC Department of Education and we don't give legal advice.
